We can understand the present circumstances and so taking care of it, providing you an opportunity to learn Kundalini without going anywhere from your home. Yes, we are offering an online Kundalini Course for yoga aspirants all over the world. You can complete the course in two parts. If you don’t have the time to complete the course in one time or you feel first you want to go deeper with beginning Kundalini yoga practice and then want to attend the second week or level. Seekers can attend the first 7 days online course and whenever you feel you want to go more deep in the practice you can attend our next Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training Course.

Kundalini Yoga Syllabus

Level 1 Kundalini Course

In the level I Traditional Kundalini Yoga Course, participants will practice selected Asanas (postures) in combination with Pranayama (breathwork), Kumbhaka (breath retention) and the Bija (seed) mantras of the Chakras. This will prepare the practitioner for the next level of Kundalini practice.

Level 2 Kundalini Course

In the level II Traditional Kundalini Yoga Course, participants will perform the Asanas with the help of Pranayama (breathwork), Kumbhaka (breath retention), Mudras, Bandhas (body locks) and the Seed Mantras of Chakras.
