Kundalini Yoga Class

Please bring your own yoga mat, a blanket for relaxation and any props or cushions that will help you to be comfortable on your mat. There are chairs in the venue if you need to, or prefer doing some of the exercises or meditations on a chair.

Kundalini yoga classes include static and dynamic postures, breathing exercises, chanting, meditation, and always a long relaxation. Each class has a different focus and include different combinations of the aforementioned.

Both beginner and advanced students are welcome as everyone is encouraged to practice at their own pace but please consult with your doctor if you are in doubt as to whether to participate in a yoga class.
