With over 30 years of experience, Niko will use a variety of instruments, including hand pans, handcrafted didgeridoos, and percussion, to create rich soundscapes. The harmonic rhythms will facilitate a profound connection with yourself and the world around you.
• Neo Shamanic Breathwork® with Melanie Joy: Enter a deeply cathartic journey through the practice of Neo Shamanic Breathwork®, led by certified Somatic Release Breathwork Practitioner Melanie Joy. This powerful breathwork employs circular, connected breathing to bring you out of your thinking mind and into your body’s electrical network. Through deep breathing, rhythmic music, and sacred space, you will release built-up emotional stress, discharging old patterns and blockages. Melanie’s use of crystal bowls, gongs, and chanting enhances the process, guiding you toward an awakened state of consciousness and unlocking a deep sense of personal transformation.
