Kundalini Yoga & Breath Class

Classes are led by Lindsey Beveridge, Kundalini Global Yoga & Breath Teacher
I teach a form of Kundalini yoga called Kundalini Global. The movement and breath work with the nervous system, helping to release stress and tension and move from contracted states into expansiveness and presence.
We experience how movement and breath can change how we feel - quite quickly. It is a wonderful practice for people who suffer from anxiety, low mood, and/ or addictive behaviour patterns, and also those who are seeking a different way to respond to the challenges of life. The movement and breath offer a pathway to presence, greater self-awareness, and self-compassion.
Classes are welcoming and relaxed, and you are encouraged to go at your own pace.
I create an friendly, warm-hearted space where you can feel comfortable to be explorative as well as take the opportunity for some rest. You can change how you feel!
------------------------
About the classes:
* It is an inclusive, safe and accessible form of yoga.
* All are welcome, and all levels and needs are accommodated. It is not, however, suitable for pregnancy.
* There is no need to have any experience of yoga, and you do not need to be flexible or fit.
Wear loose, comfy clothes, and if you like bring a cushion and blanket for relaxation. Mats are provided but you are welcome to bring your own. Please note that this form of yoga is best done on an empty stomach so have something light to eat at least a couple of hours before class.
------
Time and terms dates:
Tuesday evenings from 6.15 - 7.45. Please arrive a few minutes beforehand to settle yourself.
This term runs from Tuesday 2 June 2026 - Tuesday 14 July 2026. You are welcome to book for the whole term, or just attend one class to try it out.
Payment:
£10 / £5 (concs) per class, either booked online or paid at the start of class. All are welcome.
