In our Kundalini Yoga classes you can expect to practice a mix of physical postures and movements, breathwork, and vocal activations to regulate the glandular systems of the body. Each class will end in a sound bath with gong, crystal bowls, chimes and drum. OneLight Central is equipped with yoga mats and bolsters, unless you prefer your own. Bring a mat, hydration and an open heart.
