A ceremony of femininity and expression.We gather in circle to bond and explore what it means to be in our womanly bodies and what limiting beliefs we’d like to alchemize.
After pulling cards we will undress to your comfort level to practice an easy, low effort asana practice with out the restriction of clothes.
We close the evening with discussion and light snacks of fruit and chocolate.
Bring a journal, pen, mat, and special item to place on the altar (will be returned). Wear loose clothing.
Open to those who identify as female or a gender minority.
