Chris Inperspective_
Chris Inperspective was born in Lewisham, SE London. From an early age he felt at home in music, leading him to the electronic experimentation that would set the stage for what is now known as Inperspective Records, a Label synonymous with innovation in electronica. As early as 1992, Chris became known via the Hip Hop genre of ‘Pure Cut Productions’, featured on Choice FM with DJ 279 and Big Ted. Soon after that though his love of early breakbeat/hardcore was found through Rush and Kool FM. A turning point came when he became friends with Equinox while going to the Legendary “Innersense” Night at the LaserDome in Peckham, South London. The two shared a vision of the DnB genre that allowed a platform to be more experimental than the established status quo. He then began actively playing-out around the UK as a DnB DJ, as well as joining forces with long time friend Qdini on the Pure Vision radio station. Inperspective Records was then born in 1997. At the time it was heavily influenced by the Good Looking and Reinforced Labels, which were then promoting a DnB sound that was altogether more innovative and deeply felt than ‘the norm’.
Chris Inperspective is currently recognised as an innovative producer, respected DJ and host to some of the most cutting-edge dance nights on offer. In addition, Chris is a regular guest at the legendary Renegade Hardware nights and has played at Progression Sessions, Swerve, Noir Traffic, Rupture, Beatz, 170 and Jungle Syndicate events. He has been booked at festivals such as Wireless and Boomtown and was instrumental in organising the first ever D&B vinyl market in this country, Clashmouth. All the while delivering the innovative sounds that fans have come to expect.
After his now infamous tenure for Hospital Records ended in 2019, Chris Formed the Black Junglist Alliance, an organisation with an ethos to bring racial equality back to Jungle D&B. He also began a creative relationship with R&S Records, bringing artists to the label and acting as A&R for the legendary brand. A job he is immensely proud of. Now in 2023, with residency in the Netherlands, Chris is returning with gigs around Europe and the world and with Inperspective Records making a return, the future is looking very bright.

Captain Bli_
One of the OG junglists of Florida, he was a resident DJ at the infamous, old- school Simons, where he began his DJ career on the rooftop in the late 90s, exposing the crowd to the early sounds of jungle and DNB from labels like Formation, Moving Shadow and Reinforced records. As drum and bass became more popular, Bli moved to the main room on nights when DJs like LTJ Bukem, Grooverider, or the Planet of the Drums would be in town.
Since the heyday of the rave scene, Captain Bli has continued spreading the good word (aka drum & bass) and remained a stalwart messenger of the sound in Gainesville with guest appearances at Renegade Sound, Orbit, and Visionary Fam. The Captain has deejayed alongside a slew of top-tier DNB DJs, including Grooverider, LTJ Bukem, J Majik, John B, Dieselboy, Dara, DB, AK1200, Pish Posh, L Double, Ray Keith, Stakka & Skynet, Klute, Danny the Wildchild, Phantom 45, Panacea, DJ Swamp, DJ Craze, Future Cut, and more.
A lover of drum and bass, his style remains current with a nod to the past. 30 years in the rollers and amens.
