Meditation AND Yoga in one class? On Sunday afternoons, when you are so ready to escape from all the hustle and bustle of the week and just chill? Yes, please!Our amazing yoga belly dancer and certified yoga instructor Susanne Jackson, RYT 500, and yours truly have come together to offer you something very special - a crash course in meditation, Kundalini yoga and mindfulness to rewire your brain and enhance your life journey.
During this 6-week course, you will:
- learn about your Solar Plexis and Heart chakras and how blockages in the chakras correspond to certain physical and mental ailments. We will dedicate 3 weeks to working on each chakra;
- learn the yoga poses that you can practice daily to help release the blockages in your energy centers;
- learn about brainwaves and how they are connected to our state of mind and wellbeing;
- learn how to meditate (intro to the body scan, gratitude, visualization and heartfulness meditations);
- receive practical advice on small changes that you can introduce into your lives to be happy all the time and every single day!
We will meet every Sunday from September 21 through October 26 at 3:00 pm at our studio. Bring your yoga mat and let's do it, ladies! Let's raise our vibration and turn our lives around!
The cost for this course is $80 for all 6 classes if signed up and paid for before August 24; after August 24, the standard rate of $95 for 6 classes will apply.
