Kundalini, YIn, Meditation & Sound
We start with a 30–40 minute Yin sequence: long, supported holds that gently open the body and encourage deep release. Then we move into a guided meditation (around 30 minutes), using breath awareness and simple focus techniques to steady the nervous system. Finally, you’ll enjoy an extended savasana accompanied by Tibetan Healing Bowls—a soothing sound bath-style finish that invites deep rest.
Throughout the class we explore yogic energy concepts in an accessible way—working with prana (life force/breath energy), chakras (energy centres) and nadis (energy channels)—without needing any prior knowledge. Everything is optional and adaptable, with plenty of props and guidance.
If you’ve been searching for Yin Yoga in Lincoln, a meditation class, or a relaxing sound bath with Tibetan singing bowls, this is a beautiful way to close your week.
