Kundalini Yoga combines breathwork (pranayama), rhythmic postures, focused angles, chanting (mantra), and meditation to unlock and uplift your inner energy. These unique techniques activate the nervous and glandular systems, helping to improve focus, resilience, and vitality from within.

Rebecca brings a grounded, approachable style to Kundalini—making the practice accessible to beginners while still inspiring for regular students. Each week features a new theme inspired by the seasons, mindset, or common challenges we face, so every class feels fresh, relevant, and purposeful.

Classes always end with a moment of community over a warm cup of freshly served chai tea, giving you time to pause, connect, and leave with a sense of calm.
