Have you ever wondered what it would feel like to gently awaken your energy in a way that’s simple, safe, and accessible to everyone? This class introduces an intuitive form of Kundalini work that is not based on traditional Kundalini practices. It’s designed for people who may be curious about energy healing but don’t know where to start.
Lane will guide the group through a calming meditation that helps open and balance your chakras. The meditation is easy to follow and focuses on helping you connect with your own energy in a grounded, supportive way.
After the meditation, Lane will offer individual Kundalini Reiki to participants. During this time, he will also pull a card for each person, offering insight, clarity, or a message that supports your healing process.
This class can benefit people who want to:
