A Gentle Evening of Emotional Healing, Release, and Renewal
Join us for a deeply nurturing evening centered on Ho’oponopono, a traditional Hawaiian prayer and meditative practice focused on forgiveness, reconciliation, and inner peace. This experience is designed to help you gently release emotional weight, soften old wounds, and reconnect with compassion for yourself and others.
Ho’oponopono teaches that healing begins within. Through prayer, meditation, and conscious intention, we learn how to clear inner conflict, restore balance, and invite harmony back into our lives.
What You’ll Experience
• A clear and accessible introduction to Ho’oponopono and its spiritual roots
• Guided Hawaiian prayer and meditation focused on forgiveness and emotional clearing
• Exploration of the four sacred phrases: I’m sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you.
• Gentle energy work and spiritual support throughout the evening
• Personal reflection and integration practices you can continue using at home
• A supportive, heart-centered space for healing and renewal
Each participant will also receive individual spiritual and oracle card guidance from Joanne or Deidre, offering insight and encouragement aligned with your personal healing journey.
