Kundalini Yoga @ Gulfport BeachCome raise your Kundalini with us by the waters of Gulfport Beach. This month’s kriya — a sacred yoga sequence — will focus on expanding the aura: strengthening the electromagnetic field around the body so we can cultivate resilience, radiance, compassion, and presence.
As we gather around Memorial Day, we honor those who came before us and those whose lives continue through our hearts, memories, and love. Together, we redefine remembrance not through grief alone, but through consciousness — choosing to raise our energy, open our hearts, and become a calming, healing presence in the world and for one another.
After class, we continue the ritual at SumitrA Espresso Lounge+ Espresso Lounge for cacao and connection — a chance to slow down, share stories, deepen friendships, and strengthen the roots of our growing community.
