Restorative Yoga Nidra with Aileen
This is a guided practice that induces full-body relaxation & a deep meditative state of consciousness that is proven scientifically to be equivalent to 3-4 hours of regular sleep. Come with comfortable clothing and bring your favorite pillow & blanket and just let go. No yoga experience is required and very little movement required.
