Spring is around the corner and due to the high demand and overwhelming feedback from the last sessions, we’ve decided to offer this free transformative event one last time in March before Luca travels to Colombia for a while!

This time, we will begin with a powerful Mantra to set the tone for the workshop -an invitation to arrive fully, clear the mind, and prepare for the experience ahead- and we end with an even longer Soundbath

Luca will guide you once again through the breathing parts whereas Julia will guide us with her voice and instruments in order to integrate

Our techniques were passed down from the masters of Hatha-Yoga in order to:

• Release what holds you back and grow out of patterns
• move you closer to the state of Yoga
• Create space for transformation and new insights
• Activate the parasympathetic nervous system
• Deepen relaxation and focus

No prior experience in yoga or pranayama is needed, only the willingness to engage in phases of focused breathwork. Whether you’re looking for clarity, connection, or simply a moment to reset, this session offers a quiet, safe space for inner exploration
