What to expect?
You lie down in the Space, an introduction talk, a demonstration, relaxation exercise, some music is played loudly....This is when the transmission begins.
Expect some or all of the following: spontaneous physical movements including, rocking, shaking, dancing, yoga asanas, mudra, martial arts moves....visioning.....downloads/upgrades.....Bliss states...profound blissful emotional and physical releases of all types.

Wear comfortable and warm clothes to lie down in. I advise not to drink (or do recreational drugs) 24 hours before, eat only lightly before the class to enhance your energetic reception.
