Drumming and percussion for positive mental health and well-being
About this Event

This 5 week course is primarily for Previous DRLC students - with an emphasis on supporting mental health and well-being. This is open to beginners and more experienced players and is about enjoying some time in rhythm together in a relaxed and supportive environment.

Please note - there will be no class on Thursday 25thJuly.

We are at our usual place, on Thursdays from 3.30 - 5.30 pm. Look forward to seeing you there.
