Kundalini Activation

Kundalini is often described as a form of primal energy that lies dormant at the base of the spine in the sacral chakra.

When kundalini is "activated," it refers to a process where this energy rises through the chakras along the spine, leading to profound spiritual awakening and transformation.

The experience can vary from person to person but often includes several potential elements including: clearer intuition, a feeling of liberation, deeper connection with yourself and the Universe, accessing deep states of meditation, unblocking emotions and traumas, awakening sexual energy, enhanced creativity, gaining confidence and clarity in daily life, and a heightened sense of peacefulness and bliss.
