Kultura Celebration 2026, a vibrant multicultural gathering honoring the heritage, traditions, creativity, and stories of West Michigan’s global majority communities.
Presented by Kultura Education Center, the celebration brings the community together for live music, visual art, dance, and other performances, interactive workshops, and cuisine samples from local restaurants representing cultures from around the world.
Guests can also explore handmade goods and visit a community shop featuring books, school supplies, and art materials.
This marks the second Kultura Celebration organized by Kultura Education Center, a new nonprofit founded and directed by Zyra Castillo.
Through cultural education and community programming, the organization preserves, shares, and celebrates the heritage, traditions, and histories of global majority artists and creatives throughout West Michigan.
We are honored to participate and share the stage with artists who make our region more culturally vibrant.
