Featuring Nobel Laureate and MIT Institute Professor Daron Acemoglu, Nobel Laureate, MIT Institute Professor, and author of several books including Power & Progress: Our Thousand Year Struggle Over Technology & Prosperity with Simon Johnson, and What Happened to Liberal Democracy?: Remaking a Politics of Shared Prosperity available August 11 at the MIT Press Bookstore. Professor Acemoglu's keynote will address the differences between humand an artificial intelligence, and spark a conversation about human-centered AI. KSA will recognize local innovators, and present its 2026 Founders' Award. The evening will be thoughtful, and festive—with local food, drinks, and music.
