BENEFIT FOR KRYS AMORE SUNDAY, OCTOBER 12TH
1pm.
New Creation Church Gym –
1124 N River Drive (Hwy 169), North Mankato, MN
We'll have chili, cornbread, homemade applesauce, delicious deserts, coffee, water, lemonade.
There will be a silent auction- items that we'll be posting here to peak your interest!
There will be encouraging music, and picture wall, and plenty of time to socialize.
💕 Krys’s Journey
Krys Amore is courageously battling Stage 3 Invasive Ductal Carcinoma.
- On June 6 she began aggressive chemotherapy and will complete 18 grueling weeks on October 1.
- In November, she likely faces a double mastectomy.
- In December she will likely need radiation therapy after recovery, as well as start some alternative therapies.
Krys has been unable to work since June and despite medical coverage, short term disability insurance, giving up her apartment to live rent free, and selling the lions share of her belongings, she still faces financial challenges.

Proceeds will go into a savings account her aunt and uncle created to help cover ongoing:
- Medical expenses not covered by insurance
- Basic living expenses until she is strong enough to work again
