KRAV MAGA TRAINING – COMITES NY

Have you ever wondered how you would react in a dangerous situation?

COMITES NY, with the generous sponsorship of Enchanting Engagements LLC, invites you to a three-session Krav Maga training series — a practical, direct, and highly effective self-defense system designed to help you respond quickly and confidently under pressure.

Krav Maga focuses on real-life scenarios, teaching you how to protect yourself, increase awareness, and react with clarity in moments of risk. It is suitable for all levels and does not require prior experience.

The training is FREE. Come try it — even one session can make a difference.

Attend all three sessions to build confidence, body memory, and fast, effective responses that can stay with you over time.

Who can attend
Adults and teens ages 14+
Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult

After the training, those who wish are welcome to join us for pizza nearby or at the Pony Bar (TBD).

This event is part of a Domestic Violence Awareness Project initiated by former COMITES NY member Claudia Carbone and now led by COMITES NY member Leide Porcu, with communications curated by Vice President Ornella Fado.
