Join us for a Women’s Only Self-Defense Class hosted by Krav Maga 911 Valdosta, specifically designed for the unique challenges of the real estate industry. Female Lenders are also invited to attend.

Why Krav Maga? This isn't a traditional martial art with "rules" or "points"—it is a survival system. We focus on:
• Identifying pre-attack indicators (reading the "vibes" before a situation escalates).
• Breaking free from common grabs, chokes, and hair-pulls.
• Situational awareness to ensure you never get cornered in a room.
"But I’m not a fighter..." That’s exactly why this class exists. Krav Maga is built on technique, not strength. It uses your body’s natural flinch reflexes and leverage to overcome an attacker, regardless of their size. If you are an able-bodied woman, you can do this! You don't need to be an athlete; you just need the right tools.
