Come and join in our local Koroit Community Choir at Dukes Commercial Hotel each Wednesday night from 6:30pm-7:30pm.
Arrival welcome from 6pm to settle in, grab a drink or bite to each for a 6:30pm kick off.
Created and hosted by Scott Cain and Danielle Stearman from South West Coast Performing Arts. A fun and engaging singing experience where you, the audience become the stars of the show by belting out a popular song in a 3 piece harmony.
Don't come prepared as we aren't that kind of choir. This isn't about being the best singer, we welcome average and even bad singers to the choir. Everybody can sing and even though the skill level varies we believe the positive feelings created whilst singing outweigh the need for talent every time! And there will always be some laughs and banter included!
Come and sing with strangers who will soon become your new choir mates!
If you come ready to sing then we will do the rest! You'll learn a couple of easy techniques that will help with keeping you on task and then, it's time to let rip and belt out our song loudly and proudly.
Lots of fun and a new surprise song each week. Open to everyone. All ages and skill levels welcome.
Cost to attend is $8, however if that would render you not able to then forget the fee and please still come along, we won't be hounding you for payment at any stage. We want this to be for all community members and appreciate that times are tough.
