- Choose your category of competition (individual, team, or family)
- Individual: You will run the entire course challenging yourself and the people to the left and right of you
- Team: A group of 4 running the entire course with each other. Helping one another get through and overcome obstacles. Start together, finish together.
- Family: A group of 4 running a shortened course. This is good for families with children under the age of 12 - Choose your time slot, complete the registration info, and pay
- Show up and HAVE FUN!
