Reiki Ryoho is a healing art and spiritual tradition that drew out of the Japanese culture. The goal of Reiki is to attain inner peace.
Shoden First Degree training prepares you to work with yourself (self-healing), as well as close families/friends and pets.
During the training, you will:
🪷Learn the history of Reiki
🪷Learn Japanese Style Reiki
🪷Be introduced to the Five Reiki Principles
🪷Be guided to utilize Reiki for your own self healing
🪷Learn Japanese meditation techniques associated with the Reiki system
🪷Receive reiju/attunement
The class will have a focus on your own self healing journey.
