This is a hands on fun kombucha brewing workshop, where you will take away a kombucha scoby with you and a ready to brew kombucha and brew kit.
We will delve into the fascinating world of fermentation, learn about the journey of kombucha, how to brew the kombucha, different methods, teas and tips to make the best brew. Then how to flavour and fizz your brews and create it just the way you like it. As we are heading into Spring this is the perfect time to start your journey with this wonderful living drink!
There will be time to ask questions, tasters to help inspire you further and some surprises of other ways to use your kombucha than you may expect!
