The fun, welcoming and inclusive, exercise and dance class, tailored to all abilities and ages, from 18 to 118.
Combining chair and standing exercise with gentle dance and mobility stretches, which develop movement, strength and flexibility, also aiding recovery, all set to music from down the ages.
45 minute class plus a chance to chat.
