Knox United Church Sound Bath

Join Darren for an hour long sound bath in the historic Knox United Church. This church features the best acoustics while you bask in the breathtaking surroundings in the sanctuary of one of the most beautiful churches in downtown Saskatoon. You will enjoy the sound bath seated in the church pews.

This hour long sound bath will include crystal singing bowls tuned to 432hz, the heart beat of the earth, to help ground you. Darren will intuitively play a song for the group based on the collective energy. You will also hear other supportive instruments such as chimes, drums, a rain stick and shruti box, all tuned to an element or chakra.

The sounds and vibrations from the song that is played will send you to a place of deep relaxation. If you have had difficulty in the past getting into a mediative state, the sound bath will help get you there at a quicker pace. You will not be verbally guided through a meditation, however Darren will send you on a journey through the various sounds, rhythms and tempo of the sound bath.
