Join Darren for an hour long sound bath in the country at the beautiful Crossmount Cider Company. Bask in the beautiful prairie landscape while Darren plays a song that will transport you into a deep state of relaxation. Once the sound bath is complete enjoy a pint of cider in the tasting room. Fantastic food and drink specials will be available that event.This hour long sound bath will include crystal singing bowls tuned to 432hz, the heart beat of the earth, to help ground you. Darren will intuitively play a song for the group based on the collective energy. You will also hear other supportive instruments such as chimes, drums, a rain stick and shruti box, all tuned to an element or chakra.
The sounds and vibrations from the song that is played will send you to a place of deep relaxation. If you have had difficulty in the past getting into a mediative state, the sound bath will help get you there at a quicker pace. You will not be verbally guided through a meditation, however Darren will send you on a journey through the various sounds, rhythms and tempo of the sound bath.
To enjoy this sound bath please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow and anything else you feel you may need for your comfort.
In the event of poor weather, event will be moved indoors.
