About this Event

Slice, dice, and mince like a chef! Learn basic knife-handling skills that will build your confidence and make you feel like a pro, all while making a tasty seasonal dish. We will also discuss knife choice, care, and sharpening. You'll improve your efficiency in the kitchen and make meal prep safer and faster!

Please note, we only sell single tables for this class.

Is this a demo or hands-on cooking class? This is a HANDS-ON cooking class. Instead of group cooking and family style eating, everyone will now have their own station, utensils, equipment, and ingredients.
