Beginner's Hands-On Cooking Class: Mastering Knife Skills & Prep Work
Join us for a fun and interactive beginner’s cooking class designed to build your confidence in the kitchen! This session focuses on essential knife skills, where you'll learn proper knife handling, safety techniques, and the basics of slicing, dicing, and chopping like a pro. From mastering classic cuts such as julienne and chiffonade to prepping vegetables and herbs efficiently, you'll gain practical skills to make meal preparation faster and more enjoyable. Perfect for beginners, this hands-on class ensures you leave with the techniques and tips to take your cooking to the next level. All tools and ingredients provided—just bring your enthusiasm!
What to Expect
Great cooking is about more than just recipes- it's about celebrating culinary experiences with a foodie community. In this class, you'll learn with other students in a positive, interactive environment led by our professional Chef instructor.
Length: Approximately 1 1.2 hours
Format: Hands-On. Get ready to stir up your inner chef as you work with other students, typically in groups of four people, guided by the chef instructor. You’ll be standing and cooking during the class, so please wear comfortable, closed-toed shoes and have long hair tied back.
Restrictions: Ages 16 and older. Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
