7月のKizknockもお暑い中お越しいただき、本当にありがとうございました！
前回はなんと男性メンバーオンリー！UrbanKiz全振りのまさに「千本ノック」な時間となりました。初めての方も交えて、みんなでとことん基本ステップをじっくり・しっかり練習し、大満足の熱い回となりました！
大好評につき、今回もUrbanKizメインのレッスンを開催します！
次回のKizknockも、いつもの**「第2土曜日」**、8月8日（土） 15時スタートです！
8月に入り暑さも本番ですが、涼しいスタジオで心地よい音楽に身をまかせながら、またみんなで楽しく汗を流しませんか？
「UrbanKizの基礎をイチからしっかり練習したい！」という初めての方も、レベルアップしたいメンバーも大歓迎です。ぜひお気軽にお越しください。
※15時までは他の方がスタジオを使用していますので、ご入室は 15:00以降 でお願いいたします。
初めてで場所が分からない場合は、遠慮なくメッセンジャーなどでお電話ください。

15:15 - 16:00 UrbanKiz レッスン（今回も基礎からじっくりやります！）
16:00 - 18:00 パーティー
（ほぼキゾンバ・UrbanKizですが、SBリクエストも歓迎です♪）

男性： 2000円
女性： 1500円
17時以降： 1000円
■ 飲食
フード・ドリンク（アルコール含む）持込OK！
夏らしい冷たい差し入れも大歓迎です。
※ゴミのお持ち帰りにご協力ください。
■ シューズ
ダンスシューズをご持参ください。お持ちでない方は靴下でもOKです。

Thank you so much for joining us for the July session!
Last month turned out to be an all-male power session where we went all-in on UrbanKiz! It was a true "Kizomba Bootcamp (Senbon-Knock)" where we thoroughly practiced the fundamentals. We were thrilled to hear that even the first-timers thoroughly enjoyed diving deep into the basic steps.
By popular demand, we will be focusing on UrbanKiz for this month's lesson as well!
Our next event will be on our regular schedule, the 2nd Saturday of the month: Saturday, August 8th, from 3 PM!
August is the peak of summer, but let’s beat the heat in our cool, air-conditioned studio! Come lose yourself in the smooth rhythms and enjoy some great company.
Whether you want to build your UrbanKiz basics from scratch or are a seasoned regular looking to level up, everyone is welcome to join our friendly vibe.
Please note that the studio is occupied until 3 PM, so entry is available from 15:00.
If you have trouble finding the venue, feel free to call us via Messenger.
