Join us for a 60 minute flow with adoptable cats and kittens! Please bring your own mat and water bottle. 100% of proceeds will be donated to the Friends of Wake County Animal Center. This flow is designed for all skill levels. Stay afterward, grab a drink and hang out with the adoptable cats!
