Paws & Poses – Yoga with Shelter Animals!Join us for Kitten Yoga at the Suite Studio to support the animals at Pope Memorial Humane Society- Cocheco Valley. Litters of kitten will join us in our yoga class where you can interact, play, and socialize with them. All proceeds go to the shelter!
The class is a signature Yoga For All class: This practice is for all bodies, all levels. Class opens with breath work, gentle stretches and somatic movement. Followed by dynamic flow, balanced with stillness, to create flexibility, strength, and stamina. Ending with yin/ restorative postures before settling into final relaxation. Somewhere in the middle of balance and flow, chaos and peace, chatter and solitude. No right or wrong, just becoming a calmer, happier you.
