REFUGE FROM THE STORM
Just as we seek shelter from outer storms —thunderstorms, hurricanes, and blizzards—we also need inner protection from the storms that arise in the mind: inner storms of worry, anxiety, fear, anger, and discouragement.
In Buddhism, inner protection is known as ‘refuge’ – relying on Buddha’s wisdom to eradicate our fears. Generate a self-confident peaceful mind that will carry us through the storms of life.
Each class consists of two guided meditations, a teaching on how to apply wisdom to our modern daily life to increase our inner peace.
Everyone welcome. No need to pre-register - just come along!
$15 or $48 for series pass. Come to one class or come to them all.
