Yoga Nidra, known as Union/Sleep or NSDR.
It is a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating practice. Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practice that helps you reach a state of profound relaxation and inner awareness!
Whether you're new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, this event is perfect for anyone looking to de-stress and unwind. No experience required!
We'll start with some gentle movement to prepare our mind and body for deep relaxation.
