Mandy Handley is a former elementary teacher turned international Yoga guru with 22+ years of experience in yoga and meditation. Trained in Hatha and Ashtanga at the Ayur Yoga Ashram in India, she now leads Yoga Mandhi, a mobile yoga service offering private sessions, corporate classes, and retreats.
She holds a Masters in Education from the University of Tampa and is a certified Reiki Master, weaving healing and mindfulness into her teachings. A passionate musician and dancer,
Mandy also shares sacred mantras, kirtan, and folk medicine songs, creating uplifting, heart-centered experiences for her community.
