Join Ozark Raga for a Bhakti yoga gathering of devotion. Kirtan, Mantra, and chanting to quiet the mind & open the heart. We will explore chants and prayers from a variety of traditions, followed by a sound bath using Himalayan singing bowls and other healing instruments. Come sing with us or just sit, listen and soak up the sounds! It will make you feel so good!
This month we will also have Dulsey Stewart here with her new book, Breathe With Me, a meditation book for children. Dulsey will share a breathing technique and will have books available for purchase & signing. ❤️
Recommended donation, $20. Give what you can. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
