Group mantra chanting, known as kirtan, is a powerful practice and is a core part of the bhakti yoga tradition: the yoga of divine love. Doing kirtan together allows us to clear the mind and experience a deep sense of peace. Ultimately, kirtan is practised to re-awaken the soul’s propensity to love in connection with the Supreme.
