Kirtan or Mantra meditation is the easiest and most effective spiritual practice, for this age, which uncovers our true identity. Not only is it fun but as result we feel much happier, more focused, and a deep sense of inner peace ☮️🙏
Unlike most forms of meditation, you do not need any experience to feel the benefits. This practice is non-sectarian and is for everyone; regardless of race, nationality, religion, age, gender or any other external designations
