Many of the artisans we maintain a relationship with are moms and can work from home doing their craft! La Canasta is a family business all the way around! Shopping trips take about two weeks to complete as we visit each basket maker all over Guatemala. Along the way through the mountains 🏔️ we find other special items like beaded birds, embroidered headbands, jade jewelry, and the best items Guatemala has to offer!
At this cute market you will find a mix of vendors from food, farms, plants, soap, and jewelry! Summit Produce is open all week and the farmers market only on Saturdays. Grab a cup of coffee and start shopping 🧺 🥕 ☕️ 🪴 🥘 🧼
