Move & Grove for Hope

It’s that time again!!! In just a month, Southminster Presbyterian will hosting the 3rd annual “Move and Groove for Hope".
This is a joy filled day celebrating survivors, loving current warriors and giving thanks to God for the gift of each and every day. We have a special recognition of current cancer warriors and survivors and one of my favorite parts of last years event was that those “in the fire” heard testimonies of long, happy, full lives post cancer!!!
You can support this event in many ways. The $34 cost sponsors a Pink Box of Hope for a woman to receive upon her diagnosis through various doctors offices or chemo clinics. That includes your “ticket” for a fun filled Zumba style class that’ll be led by Casey Henson who recently kicked cancer’s booty and is a huge inspiration to what survivorship looks like!
You can also come and shop with our vendors. We will have Karen Cormack with Lemongrass Spa, Cheri Kaempfer Wuertz with J Bloom jewelry, Jim and Stephanie Jewell Cagle with Padaso Creations, Kim Metcalf with Norwex, Debbie Lubensky Miller with her handmade creations and possibly more! You can shop with them from 9-11 and each will be donating items for a raffle. You’ll get a ticket for visiting each of them as well as additional tickets for any purchases made. You’ll also get a ticket for each Pink Box you sponsor!
So come shop or dance or both and help us raise awareness and spread love like confetti!!!
