Imagine this: you’re surrounded by a group of friends, colleagues, or maybe even strangers. The air is charged with anticipation, and then it begins—a symphony of laughter, movement, and improvised sounds. This isn’t your typical gathering. This is Circle Sounds – Connection Through Music, where we get out of our heads and into a world of play, creativity, and connection.
Picture yourself engaging in call and response, echoing rhythms and melodies, creating spontaneous music using just your voice and body. It’s not about being a professional musician; it’s about embracing the magic of the moment, where everyone contributes to the rhythm of the group.
Circle Sounds is designed to help participants develop their personal and/or professional skills through various interactive and reflective exercises.
In this workshop, we’ll debrief the experiences, reflecting on how we can apply our discoveries to our personal and professional lives offering theoretical insights, practical activities, and real-life applications.

Kinward Unplugged is a recurring evening gathering for our community to put phones on mute and simply be together. Each week we’ll feature a rotating mix of gentle yoga, qigong, art, and live music designed to move your body, quiet your mind, or spark your creativity.
Join us Tuesday evenings for a tech-free gathering featuring rotating weekly activities.
