Kinsey Endurance Challenge 2026Three Options. One Challenge.
Get ready for one of the most exciting days of mountain biking in central Illinois!
The Kinsey Endurance Challenge (KEC) is back for its 4th year, and every season it gets bigger, faster, and more fun. Riders return year after year to test themselves, push their limits, and see just how many laps they can rack up before the clock runs out.
This isn’t just a race.
It’s a challenge against the clock, the course, and yourself.
Choose Your Challenge
Racers can choose from three endurance formats:
12 Hour Race
Start: 7:00 AM
Course: 10 mile loop
6 Hour Race
Start: 1:00 PM
Course: 10 mile loop
3 Hour Race
Start: 4:00 PM
Course: 5 mile loop
The goal is simple: complete as many laps as possible before time expires.
All racers must finish their final lap before the 7:00 PM cutoff. Any lap completed after 7:00 PM will not count.
Awards
We will recognize the top competitors in each race category:
🏆 Top 3 Male
🏆 Top 3 Female
🏆 Top 3 Male Juniors
🏆 Top 3 Female Juniors
Junior category includes riders 15 years old and under.
Race Entry
The Kinsey Endurance Challenge also serves as a PAMBA membership drive, helping support and maintain the trails we all love to ride.
Race Entry: $20
All racers must have a current PAMBA membership (individual or family).
