Cairn Movement and Cinnamon Network want to invite you to a day of refreshment and encouragement for church leaders and planters, workplace and ministry leaders.

If we are to see a vibrant church in every community and network in Scotland – what will some of the key markers of a vibrant church look like? It will look like a transforming (growing) faith community that is transforming its community.

What does community transformation look like and how can we ensure that this is a consistent and dynamic component of every church across Scotland?

This joint day conference is about feeding the desire to see truly incarnational missional communities of faith that are impactful / transformative beyond the faith community context. The desire of the day will be to cast vision about this element of what a “vibrant” church can look like and feel like; share some examples of best practice and give pointers on where local churches can get started or go deeper with this element of church life and vision.
