King County Metro Neighborhood Pop-up brings Metro information, ORCA card services and more to the Columbia City neighborhood.
DSB is thrilled to announce we are teaming up with King County Metro to host a Neighborhood Pop-Up!
Everyone is invited to visit the DSB Seattle Office for the opportunity to meet with representatives from King County Metro for with assistance with:
🚍 Getting a new Adult ORCA Card.
🚍 Getting a new Senior and Disabled Regional Reduced Fare Permit (RRFPs).
🚍 Replacing lost or damaged cards.
🚍 Adding fare products and value to existing ORCA cards.
🚍 Providing guidance on how to best use an ORCA card.
🚍 Answering questions about the regional transit system.
🚍 Providing information about new Metro services.
🚍 Listening to feedback and share it with Metro planners.
🚍 Partnering with community organizations to bring additional services to you.
This event is free for everyone in the community. We encourage anyone who needs help with getting or using an ORCA card, especially Regional Reduced Fair Permit customers, to come!
