Kindred Sound is a weekly sound bath meditation and gathering for self-care, healing, and connection. Each Thursday, we explore a new theme, like gratitude, clarity, or release—to guide our intention and focus.
You’ll be immersed in a meditative sound journey using crystal bowls, chimes, and soothing tones to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and energetic alignment. This is a space for slowing down, tuning in, and opening the heart.
Kindred Sound is an inclusive space, no experience needed. Bring what you need to be comfortable and come as you are.
