We will warm up with a heart-opening aerial yoga sequence to stretch and open our hearts! Participants will enjoy activities, crafts, and games all with a Valentine’s Day theme! Snack and drink included in registration fee. Anyone with a food allergy or sensitivity, please contact Allison directly at 315-525-8629 Festive Hair Tinsel Will be available for an additional cost ($5 per bead). This can be paid at the studio the day of the event.
