Kids learn how hydroponic systems work and why farmers use them year-round. Our farmers explain the basics in a fun and easy way. Children see the systems up close and ask questions as they learn. The experience keeps science approachable and exciting.
This class goes beyond observation. Kids help harvest fresh greens and sample what they grow. They then create a mini hydroponics starter cup to take home. This project reinforces learning and keeps the experience going after the event ends.
The class balances education, creativity, and farm fun. No prior science knowledge is required. The pace stays engaging and age-appropriate throughout the afternoon. Parents are welcome to attend and enjoy the farm setting.
